According to news reportingoriginating in Hefei, People’s Re public of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “We aimed toconstruct an artificial intelligence-enabled electrocardiogram (ECG) algorithm that can ac curately predictthe presence of left atrial low-voltage areas (LVAs) in patient s with persistent atrial fibrillation. Thestudy included 587 patients with pers istent atrial fibrillation who underwent catheter ablation proceduresbetween Ma rch 2012 and December 2023 and 942 scanned images of 12-lead ECGs obtained befor e theablation procedures were performed.”
