Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews – Current study results on Transportation - Intelli gent Transport Systems have been published.According to news originating from W uhan, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents,research stated, “Un der low-light imaging conditions, visual scenes captured by intelligent waterbor netransportation systems often suffer from low-intensity illumination and noise corruption. The visual qualitydegradation would lead to negative effects in ma ritime surveillance, e.g., vessel detection, positioning andtracking, etc.”
