News editors obtained the following quote from the background information suppli ed by the inventors:“The technology described herein relates to graphics proces sing systems, and in particular to graphicsprocessing systems that provide imag es for display, for example for virtual reality (VR) and/or augmentedreality (A R) and/or mixed reality (MR) (head mounted) display systems.“Graphics processing is normally carried out by first splitting a scene of objec ts to be displayed intoa number of similar basic components or “primitives”, wh ich primitives are then subjected to the desiredgraphics processing operations. The graphics “primitives” are usually in the form of simple polygons, suchas t riangles.
