Abstract

According tonews reporting from Yunnan, People’s Repub lic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Fiberreinforcedpolymer (FRP)-confined double-skin tubular columns (DSTCs) are an innovative type of hybrid columns that consist of an outer tube made of FRP, an inner circular steel t ube, and a concrete coresandwiched between them. Available literature focuses o n hollow DSTCs with limited research on DSTCsmade with inner steel tubes filled with concrete.”
