According to news origin ating from Shaanxi, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents,resear ch stated, “This study aims to develop and validate a prediction model for delir ium inelderly ICU patients and help clinicians identify high-risk patients at t he early stage. Patients admitted toICU for at least 24 h and using the Confusi on Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU)in the Medical Inform ation Mart for Intensive Care-IV (MIMIC-IV) database (76,943 ICU stays from 2008to 2019) were considered.”
