Abstract

According to news reporting fromTamil Nadu, India, by NewsRx jou rnalists, research stated, “Ensuring proper femoral component alignmentpost-Tot al Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) is crucial for normal patellofemoral (PF) kinematics. However, thecustomary 3° external rotation relative to the Posterior Condylar Axis (PC Axis) may not universally apply,and the expected final femoral compone nt rotation remains unclear in functionally aligned knees.”
