According to news reporting originating in Yunnan , People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated,“The ferme nted pomegranate juice (FPJs) has become a promising alternative to satisfy the growingdemands for pomegranate products, however the development of new product s depending on sensoryevaluation is timeconsuming and labor-intensive. In this study, 90 FPJs were prepared to predict the keyphysiochemical features that aff ecting sensory preferences by machine learning (ML).”
