According to newsreporting from Wuhan, People’s Republ ic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “This studyaimed to explor e the mechanisms of transient receptor potential (TRP) channels on the immune mi croenvironmentand develop a TRP-related signature for predicting prognosis, imm unotherapy response, and drugsensitivity in gliomas. Based on the unsupervised clustering algorithm, we identified novel TRP channelclusters and investigated their biological function, immune microenvironment, and genomic heterogeneity.”Funders for this research include National Natural Science Foundation of China, Fundamental ResearchFunds for the Central Universities.
