According tonews reporting out of Freiburg, Germany, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The classification of Bcell lymphomas-main ly based on light microscopy evaluation by a pathologist-requires many years oftraining. Since the B cell receptor (BCR) of the lymphoma clonotype and the micr oenvironmental immunearchitecture are important features discriminating differe nt lymphoma subsets, we asked whether BCRrepertoire next-generation sequencing (NGS) of lymphoma-infiltrated tissues in conjunction with machinelearning algor ithms could have diagnostic utility in the subclassification of these cancers.”
