According to news reporting out ofMaastricht, Netherlands, by NewsRx editor s, research stated, “Service robot research recognizes thatdyadic customer -ser vice provider interactions do not occur in isolation, yet it has not comprehensi velydetailed human -robot interaction (HRI) in collective service settings. The current article analyzes 1107online hotel reviews referring to service robots, identifying how customers appraise and cope with HRIduring collective service experiences.”
