Accordingto news reporting originating in Munic h, Germany, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “We aimed toinvestigate the effects of 18 F-FDG PET voxel intensity normalization on radiomic features of o ropharyngealsquamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) and machine learning-generated radi omic biomarkers. We extracted1,037 18 F-FDG PET radiomic features quantifying t he shape, intensity, and texture of 430 OPSCCprimary tumors.”
