According to news originating fromAmsterdam, Netherlands, by New sRx correspondents, research stated, “Robotic transoral mucosectomy ofthe base of tongue was introduced as a diagnostic procedure in patients treated for head and neck cancerwith unknown primary (CUP), increasing the identification rate o f the primary tumour. For the treatmentof CUP, a considerable percentage of pat ients require adjuvant (chemo)radiation.”
