Abstract
By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Robotics is the subjec t of a report.The methods are synthesizedin three main areas: setting app ropriate safety distances based on the actual radius of the robot, turnpenalty reduces the number of turns by applying an additional penalty to the number of t urns in a heuristicfunction and path smoothing is used to improve path reliabil ity by reducing the number of right-angleturns.FindingsA suitable safety distan ce greatly improves the safety of mobile robots and facilitates theirdevelopmen t.”
