Text communications are easier to moderate than audio communications because users are moretolerant of delays in transmitting text messages. In addition, moderating text communications is e asierthan audio streams because text can be compared to a list of prohibited or problematic words. Conversely,moderation of audio streams is more difficult to analyze because of the variation in accents, tone, volume,the use of sarcasm, etc.
