Abstract

According to news report- ing originating in Shaanxi, Peopl e’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Accuratelypredi cting plasma protein binding rate (PPBR) and oral bioavailability (OBA) helps to better reveal theabsorption and distribution of drugs in the human body and su bsequent drug design. Although machinelearning models have achieved good result s in prediction accuracy, they often suffer from insufficientaccuracy when deal ing with data with irregular topological structures.”
