Abstract

According to news reportingfrom Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “While many piezoelectric materialsare known, there is still great potential to improve on the figures of merit of exi sting materials throughcompositional doping and forming solid solutions. Specif ically, it has been shown that doping and alloyingwurtzite-structured materials can improve the piezoelectric response; however, a vast compositional spacehas remained unexplored.”
