Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “Acleaning robot carries out positioning and mapping by means of cameras or laser beams, so that it can not only obtain coordinates of curren t positions when a cleaning area to be cleaned, so as to form an originalcleani ng record map, but also obtain a scanning record map in the form of coordinate b itmaps, etc. Intheory, after an application (APP) for controlling the cleaning robot is started, the scanning record mapcan be downloaded from the cloud. The APP draws a movement track of the cleaning robot according tothe scanning recor d map such that movement situations and cleaning record situations of the cleani ngrobots can be displayed on the APPs in real time. Since only the movement tra ck of the cleaning robotis displayed on the APP, the control which is carried o ut to the cleaning robot through the APP is verylimited under the existing tech nical conditions, some functions based on a robot map of the cleaning robotcann ot be performed normally, and terminals cannot accurately control the robot to w ork in a limitedarea to be cleaned in the prior art.”
