By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Data detailed on artificial intelligen ce have been presented. According to newsreporting from Beijing, People’s Repub lic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “ABSTRACT:The widespread use of ChatGPT has normalized the dialogue Turing test. To meet this challenge, China’smajor national development strategy suggests that for a new generation o f artificial intelligence, it isfirst necessary to answer the big questions rai sed by Turing in 1950 from the perspective of cognitivephysics: Can machines th ink? How do machines think? How do machines cognize? Whether it is carbonbasedhuman cognition or silicon-based machine cognition, it is an interaction between complex constructscomposed of the four most basic elements: matter, energy, st ructure, and time.”
