Abstract

The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background informa tion supplied bythe inventors: “Conventionally, there are challenges with produ cing, updating, and using troubleshootingguides (TSG) for product supportabilit y especially where new features are continuously pushed into theproduct. TSGs a re generally made up of different actions items or commands that need to be run to gatherdata/logs and of actions/commands to take to resolve problems. Depende nce on out-of-data TSGs resultsin challenging and expensive support processes a s large number of tickets get escalated to engineering.Without an updated TSG, similar tickets continue to get escalated as lower-tier support has no information on how to solve these issues, resulting in wasted human and technology resour ces.”
