No assignee for this patent application has been made.Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“When shopping online, a user frequently views apparel items i n images of a model wearing a selectedapparel item along with other complementa ry apparel items. For example, if a user is shopping for a redshirt, the red sh irt may be shown on a product display page in an image of a human model wearing thered shirt with a pair of khaki pants. After viewing the image, the user may wish to purchase both the redshirt and the khaki pants to have the complete out fit. In such cases, the user typically has to manuallysearch the online catalog to find similar khaki pants. Moreover, the user may fail to identify similar pa ntseven after a thorough search due to items being out-of-stock or use of sub-o ptimal search terms. Thiscan be a time-consuming and frustrating process for th e user.”
