In the LTE syste m, an evolveduniversal terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) includes a pl urality of evolved Node-Bs (eNBs) and communicates with a plurality of mobile st ations, also referred to as user equipment’s (UEs). The UE ofthe LTE system can transmit and receive data on only one carrier component at any time.
