According to newsreporting originating in Noida, India, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “PurposeThis study aimedto explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) characteristics, namely Perceived Animac y (PAN), perceived intelligence (PIN), and perceived anthropomorphism (PAI), on user satisfaction (ESA) and continuousintentions (CIN) by integrating Expectati on Confirmation Theory (ECT),the study collected495 data from Gen Y (204) and Z (291 ) respondents who were users of digital banking apps throughstructured question naires that were analysed using PLS-SEM. The latter helped investigate the drivi ngforces of AI characteristics and user behavioural intentions as well as revea l generation-specific featuresof digital banking engagement.FindingsThe study r evealed that PAN and PIN have significant positiveeffects on the anthropomorphi c perceptions of digital banking apps, which in turn increases perceivedusefuln ess, satisfaction, and continuous intentions.”
