Abstract

According to news reportingoriginating from Beijing, Peopl e’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Thequantum c onductance (QC) behaviors in synaptic devices with stable and tunable conductanc e statesare essential for high-density storage and brain-like neurocomputing (N C). In this work, inspired by thediscontinuous transport of fluid in spider sil k, a synaptic device composed of a silicon oxide nanowirenetwork embedded with silicon quantum dots (Si-QDs@SiO) is designed.”
