The following quote was obtained by the news editors from the background informa tion supplied bythe inventors: “In order to apply a coating medium to an object , such as the application of paint to amotor vehicle body part, the coating med ium may be atomized by a rotating bell cup and applied to theobject, e.g. by me ans of shaping air and electrostatic charging of the coating medium.
