According to news originating fromPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania, by Ne wsRx correspondents, research stated, “Deterministic chaos permits aprecise not ion of a ‘perfect measurement’ as one that, when obtained repeatedly, captures a ll of theinformation created by the system’s evolution with minimal redundancy. Finding an optimal measurementis challenging and has generally required intima te knowledge of the dynamics in the few cases where ithas been done.”
