Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“Various areas of application exist for compressed gas-operate d apparatuses, in particular in the fieldof industrial manufacture and machinin g of workpieces. It is common to use compressed gas-operatedapparatuses to driv e a machining tool. Examples of this are grinding, polishing, deburring, or mill ingtools. Hand-guided compressed gas-operated apparatus as well as the fixing o f such apparatuses toa mechanically moveable holding device like, for example, a robotic arm are known. Non-hand-guidedcompressed gas-operated apparatuses on mechanically moveable holding devices can be arranged in workareas that are not visible or that are not accessible during operation due to constructive reasons or for reasons of work safety. Compressed gas-operated apparatuses stated at th e outset have proven themselvesin practice due to their deflectability for adap ting to component geometries, in particular due to occurringcomponent tolerance s, the deflectability of the tool unit in relation to the receiving unit making it possibleto compensate for component imprecision during machining.
