According to news reportingout of Atlanta, Georgia, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Engineers often estimate the amountof liquefaction- induced building settlements (LIBS) as a performance proxy to assess the potenti al ofearthquake-induced damage to buildings. The first robust LIBS models were initially developed in 2017and 2018 using traditional statistical approaches.”
