Abstract

According to news reporting originating in Tianjin, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRxjournalists, rese arch stated, “In the partial multilabel learning, incorrect labels are annotated because oftheir low quality and poor recognition. To decrease secondary errors in partial multilabel classification,this paper proposes a novel fuzzy granula r ball clustering-based partial multilabel feature selection schemewith fuzzy m utual information.”
