Abstract

According to newsreporting originating from Laramie, Wy oming, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “During marinecold-air outbre aks (MCAOs), when cold polar air moves over warmer ocean, a well-recognized clou dpattern develops, with open or closed mesoscale cellular convection (MCC) at l arger fetch over open water. The Cold-Air Outbreaks in the Marine Boundary Layer Experiment provided a comprehensive set ofground-based in situ and remote sens ing observations of MCAOs at a coastal location in northern Norway.”
