Also, during the cleaning process of that dir ty surface,the facility is typically unavailable. In spite the cleaning procedu re can be done properly by the cleaningpersonnel, nothing can ensure the cleanl iness of the floor. The next person who will use the clean surfacecan make it d irty again immediately. The present invention is targeting to all sectors that i nvolve humansor animals and dirty surfaces. The main disadvantages of the known cleaning procedures of surfaces aretwo.
