By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Central Nervous System Diseases and Conditions - Brain Injury isthe subject of a report. According to news originating from Nantes, France, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated , “The prognostication of long-term functional outcomes remains challenging in p atientswith traumatic brain injury (TBI). Our aim was to demonstrate that inten sive care unit (ICU) variablesare not efficient to predict 6-month functional o utcome in survivors with moderate to severe TBI (msTBI)but are mostly associate d with mortality, which leads to a mortality bias for models predicting a composite outcome of mortality and severe disability.”
