Thisstudy aimed to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) tool, termed NegSpA-AI, using sacroiliac joint (SIJ)magnetic resonance im aging (MRI) and clinical SpA features to improve the diagnosis of axSpA in HLA-B27-negative patients.”
