Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“Real property units such as commercial retail spaces, buildin gs, houses, apartments and condominiumsare regularly leased to tenants (e.g., r esidential tenants, commercial tenants, etc.). It is undesirable tothe owners o f such real property units for the real property units to be damaged by tenants who occupythe units. To mitigate a risk of damage, in-person inspections of rea l property units may be periodicallyperformed at the request of the owners (or property managers or the like) of the real property units. Insome cases, owners of real property units are required to perform inspections (e.g., periodically) under theirinsurance policy. However, such inspections may be invasive for a t enant, may be labor intensive, may betime intensive and/or the like.
