According to news originatingfrom Zhuhai, People’s Republic o f China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Conventionalmechanistic mo dels encounter difficulties in predicting treatment performance of industrial wa stewaterdue to the substantial fluctuations in composition and biodegradability . This research constructed a hybridmodel, integrating machine learning models with a mechanistic model Activated Sludge Model 3 (ASM3),to predict the treatme nt performance of two activated sludge reactors (ASRs) for the treatment of twodifferent types of petrochemical wastewater.”
