By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – A new study on Machine Learning is now available. According to news reportingout of Taiyuan, People’s Republic of Chi na, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Gallium nitride (GaN)based gas sensors have attracted considerable attention owing to their excellent physical and che micalproperties, and especially mature and controllable metal -organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)synthesis process. However, the practical applications of GaN-based gas sensors are constrained by thehigh detection limit and poor s electivity in the case of multiple types of gases.”
