According to newsreporting originating in Karlskrona, S weden, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Despite the accuracyof machine learning (ML) techniques in predicting invalid bug reports, as shown in earlier research, andthe importance of early identification of invalid bug reports in s oftware maintenance, the adoption of MLtechniques for this task in industrial p ractice is yet to be investigated. In this study, we used a technologytransfer model to guide the adoption of an ML technique at a company for the early identi fication ofinvalid bug reports.”
