The MLIPsare c onstructed from moment tensor potentials (MTPs) and were trained to a library of configurationsthat included polysiloxane structures, hypothetical crystalline and amorphous SiCOH structures, and trajectoriesof Si-C-O-H systems obtained vi a ab initio molecular dynamic (aiMD) simulations at elevatedtemperatures.”
