Investigators from University of Texas Arlington Report New Data on Machine Lear ning (Machine-learning Interatomic Potentials for Pyrolysis of Polysiloxanes and Properties of Sico Ceramics)

Abstract

According tonews reporting originating in Arlington, T exas, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “We presentmachine-learning inter atomic potentials (MLIPs) for simulations of Si-C-O-H compounds. The MLIPsare c onstructed from moment tensor potentials (MTPs) and were trained to a library of configurationsthat included polysiloxane structures, hypothetical crystalline and amorphous SiCOH structures, and trajectoriesof Si-C-O-H systems obtained vi a ab initio molecular dynamic (aiMD) simulations at elevatedtemperatures.”
