Currently, operation of earth moving vehicles is very expensive as eachvehicl e requires a manual operator be available and present during the entire process to control the earthmoving vehicle. Further, implementing autonomous control of an earth moving vehicle presents otherchallenges because of changeable conditi ons on many work sites and the complexity and variety of earthmoving vehicle mo dels.
