The challenge is to simultaneously 1) provide support for co mpleting daily living tasks 2)enable sufficient freedom of movement to foster u ser empowerment 3) ensure that shared-control supportprecludes the robot from r unning into kinematic limitations such as obstacles, unreachable areas, or lossof manipulability due to joint limits.”
