According to news reportingfrom Hunan, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “The growing interest inutilizin g smartphone detectors to distinguish between transportation modes stems from th eir applicationsin health monitoring, urban transport planning, and location-ba sed services. This study introduces amodel utilizing data from smartphone accel erometers, magnetometers, and gyroscopes to identify varioustransportation modes.”
