Abstract

According to news reportingoriginating in Beijing, People’s Re public of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “A 5-DoF fullyparallel machining robot (PMR) with attitude coupling motion property holds the potentia l to realize thehigh-efficiency and high-quality machining of complex parts wit h curved surfaces. Mechanistically, thistype of 5-DoF fully PMR can achieve no singularity in the workspace after optimum design, allowing themobile platform to be adjusted to an arbitrary orientation directly and flexibly.”
