According to news originating from Edmonton, Canada, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “The magnetically controlled growing rod technique is an effective surgical treatment for children who have e arly-onset scoliosis. The length of the instrumented growing rods is adjusted re gularly to compensate for the normal growth of these patients.”
