Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “Patent Literature 1 discloses a printed-matter delivery syste m that uses a delivery device which includes a battery and autonomously travels with power. In this printed-matter delivery system, for example, the delivery de vice uses a place where a printing device is installed as a home position and ha s the battery charged by a charger installed at the home position. The delivery device compares the amount of required power necessary to return to a delivery s tart position after delivery and the remaining battery level as appropriate duri ng the delivery. When the remaining battery level becomes lower than the amount of required power during the delivery, the delivery device then changes the dest ination to the home position, and starts travelling again to the delivery place of a printed matter after completely charged at the home position.”
