Being aware of these stressor s can be the first step in assisting individuals with navigating challenging eve nts and may help enable them to improve their lifestyle through better choices t o manage their stress. However, stressor analysis is typically performed after a traumatic event and mathematically evaluating stress remains difficult for prac titioners. This leaves individuals with few options for personalized stress anal ysis including techniques for measuring stress, adopting stress management strat egies, and potentially reducing the impact of future stressors.”
