According to news reporting originating in Chicago, Illinois, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “A large amount of data is generated durin g the operation of a railcar fleet, which can easily lead to dimensional disaste r and reduce the resiliency of the railcar network. To solve these issues and of fer predictive maintenance, this research introduces a hybrid fault diagnosis ex pert system method that combines density -based spatial clustering of applicatio ns with noise (DBSCAN) and principal component analysis (PCA).”
