Abstract

According to news reporting originating in Tianjin, Peopl e’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Shanxi aged vine gar microbiome encodes a wide variety of bacteriocins. The aim of this study was to mine, screen and characterize novel broad-spectrum bacteriocins from the lar ge-scale microbiome data of Shanxi aged vinegar through machine learning, molecu lar simulation and activity validation.”
