According to news originating from Jinan, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This study aims to apply the pr edictive processing theory to examine the influence of artificial intelligence ( AI)-driven robotic performers on audience emotions and the audience’s resulting electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) behaviors during tourism service encounters. Des ign/methodology/approach - Using a quantitative research methodology, survey res ponses from 339 regular customers of performing arts in tourism destinations were analyzed.”
