Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – New research on Oncology - Colon Cancer is the subject of a report. According to news reporting out of Hubei, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “This study aims to iden tify key glycosyltransferases (GTs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) and establish a r obust prognostic signature derived from GTs. Utilizing the AUCell, UCell, singsc ore, ssgsea, and AddModuleScore algorithms, along with correlation analysis, we redefined genes related to GTs in CRC at the single-cell RNA level.”
