By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – Current study results on Machine Learn ing have been published. According to news reporting out of Bloomington, Indiana , by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Prior research on the relations between t he five-factor model (FFM) of personality traits and job performance has suggest ed mixed findings: Some studies pointed to linear relations, while other studies revealed nonlinear relations. This study addresses these gaps using machine lea rning (ML) methods that can model complex relations between the FFM traits and j ob performance in a more generalizable way, particularly interpretable ML techni ques that can more effectively reveal the nature (linear, curvilinear, interacti ve) and strength (feature/relative importance) of the personality-job performanc e relations.”
