According to news reporting from Chengdu, People’s Republ ic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Multimodal machine learnin g, as a prospective advancement in artificial intelligence, endeavors to emulate the brain’s multimodal learning abilities with the objective to enhance interac tions with humans. However, this approach requires simultaneous processing of di verse types of data, leading to increased model complexity, longer training time s, and higher energy consumption.” Funders for this research include National Key Research and Development Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China.
